You don't need a disc golf laser rangefinder to play disc golf, but it is definitely useful to measure distances accurately and quickly, especially when you play an unfamiliar course with no signage or inaccurate signage or if you are trying to judge how far your second throw is from the basket.

The GoTo disc golf laser rangefinder measures horizontal distance, slope distance, vertical height difference and angle in feet, meters and yards. It comes in a box which includes a carrying case with a belt loop, lens cloth and power cord to charge the lithium battery (which is included).
